There is currently an open seat for a “Qualified Elector” on the Waters Edge CDD Board of Supervisors. If you are interested in being considered for appointment to this open seat, please contact the Waters Edge District Manager, Lisa Castoria, at lcastoria@rizzetta.com for more information.
In addition, the Waters Edge Community Development District wishes to notify the community of the upcoming election for the Board of Supervisors in the November 2026 election. Interested candidates must be a “Qualified Elector” pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, which means any person at least 18 years of age who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and the Waters Edge Community Development District and registered to vote with the Supervisor of Elections of Pasco County. Candidates must qualify with the Pasco County Supervisor of Elections between noon on June 8, 2026 and noon on June 12, 2026.
